How much does it cost?

Rates range from $500-$3,000 depending on guest count and work-load. Additional team members may be needed. Please schedule a free 20-minute consultation to determine your approximate cost of coordination services.

Does this service include planning details of the wedding?

Day of Coordination Service include three 1-hour planning sessions prior to the wedding day. The service provides complete day-of coordination services including set up and break down, returning rental items, cleaning of the venue after the wedding, final venue walk-through, and distribution of tips to vendors. Planning questions may be asked during any of the the three 1-hour planning sessions prior to the wedding.

How many hours does this service include?

Day of Coordination Services include three 1-hour planning sessions (sessions can be extended or added on for an additional fee) and unlimited hours on the day of the wedding rehearsal and the wedding day.
